february

someone in history effed up and now there are only 28 days in the month of february. didn't they know that rent was gonna have to get paid?

brain on pause

it is getting increasingly difficult to concentrate. perhaps it's because caffeine levels are at an all-time low. how does one cure senioritis? maybe with 8 hours of sleep once in a while without the unrealistic bombardment of schoolwork at your bedside, waiting to be taken care of when you wake up.

feed the children

got coerced into donating money to the feed the children organization. it's unfortunate that the world is full of billions of impoverished people and that a large portion of them are children. with all these major disasters occurring one after another (earthquake in haiti, mudslides and floods in peru, and earthquake in chile), we can only expect it to get worse. what's going on with the world?! who's going to help all these people?

help yourself, too. better put together that earthquake kit soooon.

san francisco

where you check the weather conditions everyday, but still pack an umbrella and a pair of sunglasses together just in case.

safeway

do you really need three different sizes of cinnamon toast crunch?

and to grocery stores worldwide: please don't even bother carrying orange juice if it doesn't contain high pulp.

memories are a funny thing.

when you see pictures of the past, don't they seem like they are from a past life? the cliche of having "chapters of our lives" is so true though. what happens to all those memories? they seem to be filed away in some obscure place in your mind and only come out again through sight and scents that bring you back to the past. memory triggers are such a trip especially, because they're so unexpected usually. and photos are just a good way to realize how weird you used to look.
