fall semester is officially over!!!
there was an instance of high powered running today which exhausted my lungs.
must train for inca trail...

as a reward, i'm treating myself to mitchell's ice cream. it's the best ice cream ever.
while bi-rite is fantastic too, mitchell's has an unbeatable selection.
